Positive: It was very nice and relaxing

This unit sucks and I’d avoid it at all costs. Positive: Nothing. I sent 2 emails to the owner without reply. I asked for a refund, I asked for help with TV. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Negative: Where to start. . . The tv wasn’t working. I had to reset the unit to even get it to accept the WiFi signal. I sent an email about this. No reply. I finally got the tv working Saturday night. This is an apartment in a rundown area. There was a baby nearby, which woke us up daily with crying. The unit was on the ground floor. There was a unit above. Everything creaked. So when someone walked, it sounded below where we were. Woke me up at 3:00am on Friday. Woke me up at 6:00 am Saturday. When we arrived, it was clear someone had cut up a tree outside the unit. Pine needles were everywhere. There was an old rug outside the door and all the neighbors had garbage bags outside their doors. It smelled. The exteriors of the building were run down and paint was peeling. A friend stopped by and said “wow, you went all out on this place, didn’t you!” That should tell you everything about the unit. We wanted to cook in the unit. The kitchen wasn’t stocked at all. There were 4 plates, 4 bowls, 4 glasses and some dirty 2nd hand pans. We had to go out and buy a set of measuring cups and measuring spoons. There were no hand towels at all. The cabinets were painted white and poorly! They were 1970’s construction and there was no space at all. Not to mention it was dirty! The kitchen was a joke. The master bedroom has 3 hangers for clothes. 3. . . We had to go out and BUY extra hangers for the unit. The bed was a kind but there was no top sheet. Just a fitted sheet and a comforter. No extra linens at all. . . Onto the bathroom. No garbage can. We had to use a Safeway plastic bag in the bathroom as a garbage can. The Ben was filthy. The shower head can to mid chest. I was best served by kneeling in the shower to get water on my head. The pain was peeling, the caulking was cracking, it was a joke. The unit was a joke. Again, we sent a message via email requesting a refund and got no reply. The owners don’t care.
